Shipping policy

As a small manufacturing business, we offer both available (in stock products) and made-to-order products. We currently offer online sales only for items that are currently in stock. If you wish to customise any of our Australian Made or ELIA lounges & chairs, please contact us to discuss all your requirements, fabric selections and queries.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within South Australia & the Metropolitan Adelaide region. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Before your order is out for delivery, you will receive a call and/or email from us to confirm a suitable delivery time with you, to ensure prompt and smooth delivery with our delivery partners.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 7-14 days using a third party courier. Flat rate shipping fee of $250 applies to orders shipping within South Australia; $450 to Victoria and $599 to New South Wales.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@beilbysfurniture.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. All Beilby’s Australian Made furniture are backed by a 10 year guarantee, all ELIA products are backed by a 5 year guarantee. Local customers are invited to our Factory Showroom to view products in person prior to delivery to ensure satisfaction and a chance to view the final product before delivery.

OTHER GENERAL INFO

Delivery times for custom made and special orders will differ to the information above. As a general rule of thumb, all in stock items will be available for delivery within 7-14 days. For custom Australian Made furniture please allow a lead time of 8-12 weeks - the manufacturing process may be quicker or later than this time frame, however we will provide accurate estimations for lead times depending on factors such as the size of the job, whether any exotic materials need to be sourced, fabric availability and other variable elements. Communication will be made with the customer every step of the way to ensure a smooth transaction and delivery process.
