We offer a 10 year structural guarantee against defects on all Australian Made Lounges.

We offer a 5 year structural guarantee against defects on all Imported Lounges, under the ELIA range.


Refunds
Please retain proof of purchase. Contact us at sales@beilbysfurniture.com with a written report of any alleged fault or reason for return. Goods for service or refund are to be returned to Beilby’s PTY. LTD. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process electronic payments.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@beilbysfurniture.com. All Beilby’s and ELIA lounges are delivered with a warranty brochure highlighting how to claim service under warranty through Beilby’s.
