How to Shop Online:

We offer “buy now” options exclusively for in-stock products from our ELIA range, and floor stock Australian made items. For our bespoke Beilby’s Australian Made products, we invite you to Contact Us to arrange a personalised quote. This quote will depend on your chosen lounge configuration, fabric, and other measurement requirements, so please provide as much detail as you can when requesting a quote so that we can provide you with a prompt response. For example “3 seater lounge with Chaise, in Leathergives us enough information to provide you with an accurate quote.

 

Customisations:

If you find something you like on our website but want to customise it—for instance, opting for two recliners instead of one, a three-seater instead of a modular setup, or a different fabric from what we currently have in stock—please Contact Us. We will gladly provide you with a comprehensive, hassle-free quote as well as an estimated lead time for your request. Both ELIA products and Beilby’s Australian Made are customisable in configuration and fabric. All Australian Made products can be modified in dimensions to suit your space.

 

Fabric Samples and Showroom:

While we currently operate one showroom in Adelaide, we understand the importance of seeing and feeling our products before making a purchase. At this stage our only location is within the Hendon Industrial area of Adelaide, SA. However, if you would like more detailed photos of any of our products or have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is dedicated to providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.

We aim to photograph as many of our in-stock products for your convenience when browsing online. Fabric colours may vary across different screens and display settings. For all of our in-stock products, you may visit our showroom to browse fabrics and samples in person, and for interstate customers we can arrange to ship fabric samples to you for in-person inspection. Alternatively, we can provide information about the nearest Warwicks, Zepel, or Profile Fabrics showrooms in your state where you can view the fabric samples in person or select a fabric of your choice for us to source for your lounge.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

At Beilby’s, we use independent, third-party delivery companies for both local and interstate deliveries. Our delivery partners are committed to ensuring that your new lounge is delivered with care and diligence, and will deliver your lounge to your household room of choice. All products that are In-Stock will be shipped at the earliest convenience, if you wish to schedule a delayed shipping date, please contact us after placing your order.

 

Warranty Information:

We stand behind the quality of our products. All Beilby’s Australian Made lounges are backed by a 10-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind for our customers.
